JOSH RICHTER
MANAGING PARTNER & CIO
Josh joined Ohana Advisors in 2016 and serves as Managing Partner, CIO, and chair of the Investment Committee. He is responsible for all aspects of investment management including asset allocation, manager selection and risk management. In addition to his investment leadership roles, Josh, along with John Schneider, establishes and executes the strategic objectives of the firm. Prior to joining Ohana, Josh spent 12 years at Stanford Management Company, the investment management arm of Stanford University. Most recently, Josh was Director of Public Equity, responsible for the oversight of a $7 billion globally diversified portfolio of traditional long only, long/short, and opportunistic equity funds. Prior to his role within Public Equity, Josh led all aspects of the University’s Charitable Trust program, including oversight of investment management, administration, and donor relations. He began his career at Montgomery Securities where he served in several roles within the Institutional Sales & Trading and Private Client divisions. He received a B.S. from Cornell University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Josh lives in San Francisco with his family.
JOHN SCHNEIDER
MANAGING PARTNER & COO
John joined Ohana Advisors in 2018 and serves as Managing Partner, COO, and a member of the Investment Committee. Along with Josh Richter, he is responsible for establishing and executing the strategic objectives of the firm. John’s other responsibilities include managing firm operations, compliance, and working closely with the CIO and clients to evaluate and monitor investment opportunities. Prior to joining Ohana, John served as the lead corporate development professional at Interactive Brokers while also serving as an investment professional for an affiliated single-family office. Previously, he served as a partner and senior research analyst at two technology-focused hedge funds, Artis Capital and Lamond Capital, covering financial technology and clean technology companies. John also served as a general partner in two venture capital funds at Artis Capital, focused primarily on later stage technology companies. Before moving to the buyside, John spent 11 years in investment banking between WR Hambrecht + Co and Robertson Stephens, most recently as Head of Investment Banking, a member of the Executive Committee, and Head of the Auction Products Group at WR Hambrecht. John graduated from Princeton University with an AB degree in History. He is a native San Franciscan and lives in Marin County with his family and several pets.
DAVE SCHRADER
PARTNER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dave joined Ohana Advisors in 2004 and is a Partner and Managing Director. He is the head of client relations and a member of the Investment Committee. Dave previously served as VP of a trust and wealth management firm and as the Global Director of Sales for a multi-national technology firm. Dave graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science degree and was commissioned as an officer in the United State Marine Corps. He served as an aviator and air combat tactics instructor and is a graduate of the US Navy Fighter Weapons School (Topgun). Dave received his MBA from the University of San Francisco, graduating with honors, Beta Gamma Sigma. Dave is a member of the Board of Trustees for the University of San Francisco and serves as chairman of the university’s endowment investment committee. He is also on the board of directors for the Marin Agricultural Land Trust and chairs the finance and investment committee. Dave lives in Marin County, CA with his family.
LISA MORECI,
MANAGING DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS & TAXATION
Lisa joined Ohana Advisors in 2000 and serves as Director of Operations, our onsite CPA, and as a member of the Client Committee. She is responsible for Client Operations, the Taxation Department, Ohana Financial Reporting, and Human Resources. She also works closely with Dave Schrader, our Managing Director of Client Relations on various client relations matters. Due to her many years of service, she has performed many roles at Ohana and has a wide range of experience within the firm. Prior to joining Ohana, Lisa served as the Trust Fund Accounting Manager for Allied Administrators for 10 years. Previously, she worked for Robert R. Cote and Company, an accounting firm, and earned her CPA. Lisa graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a BS Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. She was born and raised in Marin County and currently lives in Sonoma County with her family.
CHRISTINA DE MARCHI
DIRECTOR OF FINANCIAL REPORTING
Christina joined Ohana Advisors in 2007 and serves as the Financial Reporting Manager. She is responsible for quarterly client reporting, various ad hoc reporting projects, and the overall management of Ohana’s reporting systems. She also provides support to the Investment Committee and handles various operational tasks. Christina started working at Ohana Advisors as a teenager and obtained a BA in Business Administration from Dominican University of California. Through company mentorship and her own organic experience, she has become knowledgeable in various areas of the company and looks forward to many more years of working and learning in our family office environment. She currently lives in Sonoma County with her family and dog.
HAYLEY GILBERT
DIRECTOR OF CLIENT OPERATIONS & INVESTMENTS
Hayley joined Ohana Advisors in 2020 and serves as the Director of Client Operations and Investments. She is responsible for account maintenance operations and supporting our client relations matters. Prior to joining Ohana, Hayley worked at Goldman Sachs in their private wealth management group as an Associate Wealth Management Professional in San Francisco. She has experience working closely with ultra-high net worth individuals and supporting the various operational aspects involved with their portfolios, including estate planning, charitable giving, and tax reporting. Hayley graduated from the Eller School of Management at the University of Arizona in 2015 with a BS in Business Economics. She currently lives in San Francisco.
JAKE DOTSON
OPERATIONS & CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST
Jake joined Ohana Advisors in 2020 and serves in various operational and administrative roles. Previously, he completed two summer internships with Ohana in 2018 and 2019. Now he is responsible for estate plan organization, investment research, and data management. Jake graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2020 with a BA in Philosophy. In his free time, Jake can be found on the hiking trails in Marin. He lives in San Francisco.

Natalia joined Ohana Advisors in 2023 and is responsible for monthly reconciliation, reporting and other operational processes. Prior to joining Ohana, Natalia worked as an Investment Operations Specialist in Wealth Management Companies here and abroad. She loves numbers and working with them. You can find her enjoying performances in San Francisco Opera House during the season. Natalia graduated from the University of Hawaii West Oahu in 2021 with a BA in Business Administration with distinction. She currently lives in Larkspur.

FILE & DATA MANAGER
Michelle joined Ohana Advisors in 2023 and serves as a File and Data Manager. Prior to joining Ohana, Michelle worked as a Bookkeeper at Habitot Museum while studying at University of California - Berkeley. She graduated in 2023 with a BA in Economics. During her free time, she likes to visit museums, cafes, or go to the beach. She grew up in Orange County, currently lives in Contra Costa County.

Ariel joined Ohana Advisors in 2024 and serves as the Bill Pay Account Manager. Prior to joining Ohana, Ariel worked as an Investment Accountant at a small family office in Santa Barbara, CA. Ariel graduated from Sonoma State University in 2021 with a BS in Business Management. She is currently pursuing a professional accounting certificate through UC Santa Barbara online. In her free time, she enjoys staying at home, practicing yoga, and training her miniature dachshund. She currently lives in Sonoma County where she grew up.
CHRIS KELLER
INVESTMENT ANALYST
Chris joined Ohana Advisors in 2024 as Investment Analyst. Prior to joining Ohana, Chris spent two and a half years at a growth-stage sustainable apparel company called Fair Harbor, where he oversaw all aspects of financial planning, strategy, data analytics, and investor relations. He began his career as an investment banker at Nomura Securities, spending two and a half years working with corporate and private equity clients in the broader industrial sector. Chris graduated from Tufts University in 2019 with a BA in Economics and Spanish, and in his free time you can find him surfing Ocean Beach or trail running in Marin. He currently lives in San Francisco.
